Return & Exchange Policy
At Medicinal Mushrooms Hawaii, we stand behind our products 100%. We carry the highest quality products available, and we want our customers to have the opportunity to experience them without risk. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, simply return it to us within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price (minus shipping charges) *. See refund policy for more information. If you do want to conduct a return, please mail back your product to: MMH, 95-318 Haakualiki Pl., Mililani, HI 96789. Once we receive the product back, we can provide a full refund on the payment method you used to purchase (we do not provide a return shipping label).
Shipping Policy
Domestic Orders – Fulfillment Speed
We pride ourselves in speedy delivery to the U.S. and we strive to deliver domestic shipments as quickly as Amazon Prime. Orders are usually packaged and delivered to USPS that same day as the order is placed. If the order is not shipped on the date of purchase, all outstanding orders will be shipped on the following business day. Standard USPS shipping rates will apply to all orders and for orders over $50 we will cover the cost of shipping.
International Shipping
International customers are required to pay for shipping, which is calculated and purchased at checkout. International customers can proceed to our regular checkout and input their shipping information. PO Box addresses are accepted. The customer is also responsible for any import fees associated with the purchase. We advise international customers to be proactive about these import fees, as failure to pay them in a timely manner will result in the package being delayed and/or returned to Medicinal Mushrooms Hawaii LLC. Please be advised that international shipping is currently experiencing significant delays. Due to this, we cannot guarantee an expedient delivery for international orders, but will try our best to ensure a seamless experience when possible.
